good.... We did get some rain and the grass greened up some.
Hate to say this but looking forward to fall.....
Going out to the coops to move birds around. Need to add some
space so we will add some perches first. Going to try and make a
tractor maybe even soon....

Good morning folks! Nice cool morning here in the seventies! I am loving it! Been out and burned a lot of wood scraps and garden cuttings. It's amazing how much scrap I always end up with,don't know where it comes from,you would think I was a pack rat!lol

Had a nice surprise,one of the broodys was off the nest and when I checked to see if she was okay she had 11babys hatched out! Looks like a nice assortment of red Cochins,old English,wyandottes,and ee,s.very colorful group.

Peaches good to see you on again! Tell Doc to jump on here sometime.

Michael you may have to make a long trip and hit one of those sales! I'm sure the misdeed and daughter would like to see the Grand OLd Opry. You wouldn't have to get a room,we have extra space!

More Fruit Coocking Down for butter, jam, jelly, and preserves. The Birds are loving the trimmings and scraps from teh process.

I was walking the pens and forgot I have a Trio that will suit for you and your grand daughter. They are Bantam Blue Wyandottes, and rather nice. Two Blue Hens one Black rooster. the hens are laying and lay an egg 2/3 the size of a standard egg so they will suit for egg production and eating eggs but these three birds will show very well in thier class. i would not enter them in teh Open at a National show but in juniors they will compete very well. If your Grand daughter is interested and truly intends to show this offer will only be valid for you and her at $30 for the adult trio.
