Well if anyone is interested we have 2 silkie roos that need a home asap. We can meet half way depending on where you live. here are the pics of the boys, they are docile.


it is a shame they were both roos since you and your daughter wanted hens so much. i like the silver one i have never seen one that color before.
 
From what I can see of him, he'd actually be a gray. This is an old color, but is rarely seen these days and he looks nice enough to be shown. I'd have to see the entire body to be sure. Gray and silver partridge are pretty much the same, but actually called gray. I've only seen gray hens before now.
 
Carl, yes, the whole process. An e-mail with MicroSoft Word would be great! I tried to talk them out of the presentation because readying silkies is soooo different from any other fowl, but they wanted it anyway, so i want to make it more applicable by presenting info for hard-feathered birds. I knew you would be great for it! Thanks much!
