They had lavender, black and splash. Mostly roosters. Big nice healthy birds. Sorry don't remember what they went for.

Turkey babies hatching like popcorn. 12 of the 19 have pipped. Have 6 in the brooder and 3 more zipping. My house is full of "peep"s. The month old turkeys got moved to the big brooder in the garage and the baby ducks got their brooder in the dining room. I really hope the person who said they wanted turkeys from us still does. I guess we've solved our incubating problems. Yeah!!

awesome thanks robin , and you have done a great job with the pups , you can tell the birds are the last thing on his mind ... robin you know anyone with extra silkie roos or showgirl roo quality doesnt mater nor does color could use a few of them but doesnt have to be right this instant

Ok. I found the card. These are the people who had the beautiful Orpingtons, the amazing Cochins and the gorgeous Marans at the Coweta auction.
The Easter Egger prices amazed me too! They were gorgeous birds, but I have never seen them go that high before. It was definitely a seller's market that night!

LOL. It was the only Marans cage that wasn't a pair. They were 2 pullets. I'm kicking myself for not bidding on the splash and white Marans, but at least I got her business card. nOnce I get another pen and coop built, I plan to contact her! Where were you sitting/standing? You might have seen me. I had just come from a Gangs 101 seminar in Tulsa as the auction started and still had on my navy pull over that said "POLICE" on the back.

I have one of their cards I pulled off of the Golden Cuckoo Marans that I bought. Let me run out to the truck and see if I can remember where I put it. I know the lady if from Jennings. Be back in a couple of minutes.

Anyone in here that went to the Coweta sale last Friday evening that might know who had all those nice LF cochins. It was the part of the group that had some for a lemon blue project. I bought a couple of birds out of there but could kick myself that I didn't buy more. I thought at least I could get their contact number since their business card was on the cage but then forgot to get the card when we moved the birds. Trying to get a hold of some nice LF cochins. My husband saw some at shows and said that if he could rasie those that he might give me a little less grief about my 300 ducks. I have chickens even cochins but mostly hatchery quality used to incubate my harder to hatch waterfowl and a few eggs for the table but just not the quality that he wants to be HIS project. No telling how many pens I could get him to build if I could track down what he wants. I know I have a shot at getting some from Jim & Patti Zimmerman when I go to Kansas next month but am trying for something closer. Looking for LF Black Cochin (would consider White or Buff) since I figued this would be good colors for him to start with. Prefer breeder quad but would also be happy with chicks or hatching eggs.

Wow! SQ LF Cochins and golden Cuckoo Marans. I need to go to this sale sometime!

id like to see what their orps look like , the imported birds are pretty but not showable yet but still pretty and fluffy i like them lol
