My newest additions posing for their "ugly duckling" before pictures but just wait until they are a beautiful pair of Australian Black Swans swimming around my front yard. They have become so bonded to people that they threw a fit until I let them follow me around to do my evening chores.

Where are you located? I have some Mille Fleur and Black/Lavender Cochin eggs ready but my incubator isn't working. It is a home-made cabinet type and worked well last year but when I turned it on this year it wouldn't start. I haven't had time to investigate yet but it could be some mice chewed some wires. At least i hope it is that simple.
