***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Is that a Japanese teapot lid they are sitting on? Love the iron work! Sets off the newcomers very well. Love too, the black skinned naked neck! Would you consider parting with it? Please PM me if so.

Kim

Thanks for the advice! I guess we will be purchasing A gun soon. :) we do have a dog- he is a boxer/? Mix. I am a little nervous to let him loose on the coyote in fear that he will get hurt. I would hate to have to pay a huge vet bill...

It is a lid to a fancy basket I found at a garage sale. I usually am not a basket person, but this one was different.

Does anyone have any peacocks or know about them? They're gorgeous and I would love to have one!
We had a pair of Peafowl, sold them & now I would like a peacock again. Had 2 in a 28x28 pen with a 8X16 shelter, aviary netting over the top worked well for them. I loved watching my boy dance. There is a Peafowl forum on BYC might be helpful in your research.
There is a guy out by me that raises a bunch of peafowl, I don't know him personally, but he is close enough that his & mine would both call at the same times. His name is Randy something??? I think. Since you are in Anadarko you may know who I am talking about.

I think Al had nice dark Cornish, but not sure. Someone may chime in soon to help out shortly.
