***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Congrats on the "wheeled blueberry". When we got a car this year I was looking at the fiat also, but my shiny orange car caught my eye before I made it to the fiats.

@Kyzmette I don't make it to Tulsa real often, and when I do it would be mid day on a week day. (for Gary's Dr apt) Will you be at the capon clinic?

My heart is breaking for the family of yesterday's Amber Alert. True stranger abductions are so rare, but it pulls your heart strings as a parent nonetheless.

I can always count on you guys to give great advice! I am in the market for my first incubator. I was told by a hatchery owner that he has had good luck with the cheap looking Styrofoam things. I definitely want one with fan and auto turner.

What do you guys think of the Hovabator?
I am concerned about the turner though, won't the chicks feet get stuck in between the rows? Are the thermometers reliable and should I get a backup one? What about the humidity control? Can I use a liner with the auto turner?
Ahh I haven't even started yet and I'm stressed LOL

I don't think tremblors are typically associated with Marek's or avian leukosis, although they may be a less common symptom (seizures aren't common, but they do happen). You might google avian encephalomyelitis, but I'd keep my fingers crossed for a botulin infection. I know you have her isolated now. If it's botulism and she makes it through the first two days, she could fully recover. If it's one of the bad-bads, it'll last a lot longer than two days. My fingers are crossed. Toes too.

Yes, I'm definitely planning on being at the caponizing clinic. I need to restart some of my old hobbies so I can have swappable goodies, but at this stage in my life all I can offer is help with how to figure out your health insurance policy. :(
