I also have a brinsea and have constant problems w/ shrink wrapping, no matter what the humidity is, even w/ condensate on the walls of the inside of the bator.

Also can anyone keep an eye open for any BBS or lav AMs at the auction in Newcastle?

was poking around and found flemming is having a 20% off sale on bators... i may do that.. it is so darn frustratingYes , leave them in Brinsea incubator for the 18 days . I ordered a Genesis Hova-bator without a turner for hatching , works great . Is digital so no guessing on temp or RH . Love it . It is big with a window so when they hatch no crowding . The Brinsea has a fan blowing directly on top of the eggs and is way too crowded when they hatch making me want to open it and remove chicks which I understand is a no no .
