***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Okay, I'll take care of everyone's snakes y'all just gotta do me a favor.

I'm looking for a good cover, high traffic, easy maintenance plant for the east side of my house, so morning/afternoon sun.
I also have some that is full sun pretty much all day.

I don't know if it's safe for chickens or not, but I love moneywort. It's extremely hardy, low to the ground.

It's a girl Rhonda!

Lorimarler remove food at night as you've done, massage the crop, feed small amounts of feed mixed with oil like olive oil. Crop surgery is fairly simple if it comes to that and there's lots of tutorials on youtube.

I'm wishing I had a bunch more TO sell, but alas just a slight over crowding problem and had NO idea that the way to wake everyone up was to say "Female chickens for sale" LOL --- I will treat you all like I do a horse when feeding treats and keep the fingers very protected next time I have some to sell!!

Did I mention I'm already working on hubby about another run added onto the existing run? This would allow for MORE chickens!!
We have a larger, much older carport (it does not match in color and like I care), and actually have HIM bringing ideas back to me on how we can 'snub' it beside the other one and build ANOTHER covered run ---

I have some young males, definitely roo's, about 9 weeks old now and none are making sounds, so I'm jealous!
To think I almost didn't post because I figured everyone here owns chickens so why would they want more! lol

Explain the fascination with these breeds please so that I too may feel the need for greed

Now I didn't plan on having a midnight chicken buying frenzy. I was just up late and couldn't sleep and thought I'd play catch-up since we were gone all weekend! Boy am I glad I did! Ksane and Sub have saved my bacon AND I'm gaining an EE roo to boot! Now I see how this evil place works and I'm hooked! lol

Is this the one on 177 on the East side of the road? IF so, awesome! Is your friend still interested in selling him? Can you get a pic of him??
i missed this some how but yess that is it.

I think so i will have to talk to her I don't have any recent photos of him but here are a few taken in may

Somehow I missed @Yardbirdmom's post too! Too bad she's watching her fingers... we always need something to feed our new pullets!

Look what I came home to! A sweet blue baby hatched out of a robin blue egg!

I oohed and aahed over her and wondered where in the world I was going to find her a companion. So I went out to gather eggs and look what I found under my broody Langshan! After the egg problems I had with Queenie, I can't imagine how any of Lannie's eggs would hatch at the same time. Life is sure full of amazing coincidences.

I sent you a PM :)

Rat Snake. No feathers. They wrap around the neck and choke their prey. They'll clean out a coop pretty quick. Check corners, dark covered areas. They can climb walls, believe it or not, so check all barn corner posts, where they can coil up on top of them.

While most people are looking at that snake I am admiring that awesome .22!! We think it is a Winchester model 64? 67? Hubby says he can't remember exactly, but my dad had one similar with an external hammer, and man it's a SUH-WEET shooting varmint gun!!!
