She was from my own eggs, as dark fm as she was pretty sure she was from one of the hoodas.

We went over to Hodge Podge Poultry, yesterday, and got four Polish, to replace the two Polish and one Frizzle, that we have lost over the last 6 weeks. We got two young gold laced, one young white crested black, and an older juvenile white crested black.
The one remaining Frizzle, that we'd originally gotten from Hodge Podge, who was very friendly with the previous two Polish, is a little leery of these Polish, but, I am guessing that it's simply a matter of getting used to one another.
I'll post some pics, of these little cuties, when I get some, taken.

Found this while looking up if zinc oxide was in sunscreen after I noticed it was in calamine lotion. Yeah, I've been eat up bad. I had a serious reaction last night and had to get some benadryl stat! My pegs and feet are all sorts of eat up, but I was itching ALL OVER!

For as many hormonal issues I'm having right now, the fact that this could a factor (or at the very least, not helping!) makes me angry. I'd never heard these things. I put sunscreen on all the time. I don't want to get skin cancer, but why would no one ever say "look for this ingredient, it's better"???????

edited to add: for itching, I swear by cortizone. Used to get the good stuff from my dad, but the 1% they sell in stores works for a short time on mosquito bites. I just reapply if I accidentally bump it and it starts itching.

that's what this guy is doing, but clearly it's not in the best interest of the skin care *industry*.

@subhanalah Dr Oz has been under investigation for false advertising, and openly admits to using "flowery language" to dress up products he promotes. I wouldn't hold much stock by his claims or his "research."

@lonnyandrinda Thanks, i am also leaning towards girl- any guesses on breed? besides EE- was looking at pics of spitz ane polish, and her crest started more like the spitz, either way that is a gorgeous bird

I have a cute little cuckoo OEGB cockerel to give away. He's about 6-8 weeks old. I'm in south Broken Arrow if anyone nearby is interested. Here's a pic of him enjoying a float in the pool with my kids today.
