Welcome to Oklahoma and the byc. That's a good looking start to a coop, I'll be waiting for those finished product pictures. A nice coop is very enjoyable and makes life with chickens easier

I'm about to move this week or next, so I'm in the waiting boat too.
Luckily there's a coop ready and waiting with only minor things needed. Waiting is worse than the building part by far

I’d have to agree waiting is horrible....are you moving to OK or already hear and just moving to a new place inside OK? Best of luck with your move.

I've been here since 2005, moving about ten miles to a 5 acre mini farm set up. Here's the coop, it opens up to half an acre fenced in. Cant wait to get set up

I plan to get it all prettied up and the critters crawling within days of getting my keys. I have 5 different breeds of various aged chicks getting ready to go and two more breeds to get.

So I lost my white chick, my little Snowbird a couple days ago . My nephew (5y) let the dogs in accidentally & while I got the red chick, my white one ran from me... Right to a dog! But at least it was quick I guess. Her neck was broken. But now my little Red, aka: Chicken Little (CL) keeps looking for her sister every time I get her out. I feel so awful! But I took a few pics before that happened & hopefully it'll help someone tell me what breed/sex my CL is!? Thanks y'all!
