I checked the OKC ordinances this evening - which were last updated 12/31/10. I could find nothing to indicated that there has been any change to the OKC ordinances, which only appear to permit poultry if you have at least one acre. There doesn't seem to be any quantity limitation when you have the 1 acre, but roosters can't be tethered within 400 feet of any dwelling other than your own. I know the OKC counsel was discussing amending the ordinances last fall, but IF the change went through, it doesn't appear it was codified into the municipal code during 2010.
 
Just sitting back this evening watching to see if it's going to storm or not..... The weather said maybe some pretty hard rain tomorrow, I'm sure hoping not! I'm ready for the nice (hot) weather to stay! What are ya'll up to?

i put in for a volunteer position for the summer at the local animal control facility , wonder how many dogs , cats , etc .. ill acquire from there lol ... hmmm maybe i can get some more chickens from their
