Jack just hatched some really nice light blue and splash ameracauna chicks. Anyone interested? I can bring them to POOPS if Jack doesn't come. If not, he will sell them at Blanchard.

You guys are a hoot. I'm laughing already. I hope to be able to attend some get togethers later on but for now I'm doing physical therapy for several weeks so won't be traveling....except to the hospital in Pryor. I was born and raised in Tulsa and moved back to OK 2-1/2 yrs. ago after being out of state since '96. I'd forgotten just how hot and humid OK is. Still trying to get acclimated to the heat. I wanna learn how to post pics! I'm a puter novice. I think I'll feel comfortable being my comedienne self pretty quickly here.
I never listen when my brain says go to bed but I'm headed there now to enjoy the cooler air that moved in after the storms. Ahhhhh.....I love the cool air. Used to live on the OR. coast for 10 years so not enjoying heat and humidity here at all! My chicky girls don't like it either!

Back again tomorrow evening if not storming. Have fun!

Thanks cityclucks, yes I've known Pepper since mid or early 90's. He first got me started raising rabbits. LOL When I moved back I found him again and then he got me started with chickens. I'm as crazy about animals as he is and have had a lot of animals over the years. I'll be getting some more birds from him soon. I'm going to Tulsa tomorrow to see my mom so that's why I'm going to bed early. Hope to get to meet you sometime.
