The same area got hit in the May 3rd storms in Piedmont. One of my customers lost a mare and colt and also the colt's dad. All three were in the barn when the storm hit and took the top off of the barn and the horses had to be taken out through the top of the barn.

You guessed it, six days later the stud was guiding his family back home. They were all pretty beat up but a vet check showed nothing broken and there were not even any real big cuts on them either.

The man and his wife were on a road trip at the time out of state and just that morning they had called the ins. agent and upped the amount of coverage on their ranch. Through the years they had gotten way under covered.

Off topic of weather but what was the web site you reccomended for scanning a computer? This one is running a tad slow and has been since I updated to the new AVG but I know that is probably coincidence.

malwarebytes.org is the site. There is a free version that works great for removing trash.

http://shop.malwarebytes.org/lpa/342/4/7268/free_g.html?x-at=regGcbmd

This link should get you to the free version download.

Thank you very much.

Hmmm interesting...shared it with the hubby. He said they were pressure treated...lol He isn't liking how I keep adding to the honey-do list. But he and my boys have been great troopers thru all this Chicken stuff. This makes the third Coop or run area that we have expanded to. Decided to go big this time so hopefully I won't need to make any more lol.

On the software, the last time I had issues I downloaded a program called spyware terminator. It helped but can't remember if it did a virus check.

I found a Gander for them also, I go pick it up on Thursday,

I wonder since they haven't laid eggs so far this year if introducing a male will get them to lay this late?

I was suprised when I read the tag on a new board that I had that was teated with the new stuff, It said "not for ground contact" What? A post that is not meant for ground contact? How crazy is that?

Oh and you have to use galvanized fasteners, seems the new treatment in the boards will eat anything else except that and Stainless.

We had light rain and midnight colored skies followed by bright sunshine....as the storm moved from I40 and Hwy 102 north of Shawnee and moved to Little and Paden.
Hope folks in Prague /Paden survived the storms.
Glad to hear some have checked in and are okay.
Prayers for those we're still waiting to have an up-date and for those families who suffered human and material losses.
