Yes I do suffer from that condition, actually I had started to fold clothes, got a couple done and then decided I NEEDED to go mow instead.

sure sounds like me! get everything the way i want outside before considering the inside...

had an awful lesson today.... don't ever have unattached bins in the coop... my beautiful ornery barbara(br) flipped it over and broke her neck-

Me too. I just came in the house because it got too dark to work.
I thought that I would cut back on my gardening now that I have chickens but I just dug up another flower bed tonight. When we moved in 7 years ago our house had one perennial Astilbe in front. Now there is a perenial bed all around ( have expanded the depth in parts twice) and a rock garden. I put in a 24' x 30' vegitable garden too but 1/3 of that was allways flowers. Now 16' x 24' is a chicken pen. I have always prefered growing flowers to vegitables.
Yesterday someone ask about heirloom tomatoes; I have Cherokee purple, not a pretty fruit but so tasty! I also have red currant tomatoes; so tiny that cherry ones look huge. They take forever to pick but you can sprinkle them on a salad like sunflower seeds (too small to compare to croutons). I got a plant 4 years ago and have grown them from transplanted volunteers ever since.

My last eggs from my good Mille fleur cochin rooster are in the hatcher at Jack's. Looks like I only have 1 so far. These eggs were all layed after he died so fertility was a question. But the 1 that has hatched was layed 5/5, 9 days after he died. DH said he died of exhaustion - from that roo and 3 young hens I have/had 52 chicks!
From my Partridge Cochin trio I have 16 chicks. Of course I have cochins in other colors too. Even after POOPS I now have too many chicken to count!

After having our 2 top hat pekin ducks for 3-4 months... We finally named them... we came up with "George and Barbara Bush-Noggings"

Been spending most of the day inside... had to get out for a little bit this evening... Wind is horrible here...

Gonna try hitting the sack earlier tonight....

Not a chicken comment, but a toad one.... Where I live, there haven't been any toads around for several years. Last spring I found one inside the garage by the garage door. It was only about 1 1/2" long. I put it in the green bean beds I had in the backyard at the time. This spring my little toad came back, but bigger. I was so excited to see it again! I leave the front porch light on for it every evening, and it comes up to eat the bugs. It has become a nightly routine after chores, to go check the front porch for my little toad friend. It always puts a smile on face to see it.
