Okla Doodle Doo - Cedarville is in Arkansas, down Arkansas Hwy 59 between Siloam Springs and Van Buren.
We are about an hour maybe from Westville. When we used to live in Langley, on Grand Lake, we traveled through Westville on our way to Ozark, Arkansas. They had a really good drive in in Westville then. We always ate there.

Okay Fanatical,I gottcha on the where abouts now. Yes Joe has some nice birds and a lot of them. I hope he is doing okay I sure hate he has to go thru this. and its not easy to work, care for three little kids and take care of a whole bunch of critters.

Got the dogs bathed, correction they will bite if scared enough! have proff!llol. Got all the tomatoes and cleome and cucumber vines cleared off the garden. Now need to work it up and sow some fall greens for the pigges.

Its warmed back up again, guess I'll find something inside to do. NaNa I finished the quilt I was working on so I guess I could mcut out piecies for another. Keeps the fingers busy.

Howdy Ya'll, Got rain here finally today I think the birds are throwing a party LOL I have lost 9 chickens and 12 rabbits total and a goodly chunk of my paycheck to the power company to keep the ones I have left, I'm thinking that the survivers of this summer are some tough critters, Sure hope we've seen the last of the triple digits for a while or a few years. I think I'm needing a new used truck LOL Mine is getting old and worn out, I am afraid it will quit me completely somewhere in the not too distance future. I am having Auction withdrawls, maybe I will try and see if the truck will be willing to take me to Blanchard this weekend, sure hope it stays cooler like today I'm loving this weather.

I am sure the pick up will get to a poultry sale and back, you looking to buy, sell, enjoy the company, or just get to an auction for teh sake of being at a auction? We haven't made many sales this year ourselves and kind of miss them but we seldom buy anything more to visit and with gas prices the way they have been it easy to stay closer to home.

DH and I just returned from our trailer shopping trip. We bought a 12 foot utility trailer with wire sides. It's not as spiffy as a Magic Poultry Van, but it sure is going to make it easier to haul birds, hay, riding mowers, and other bulky items.

Thanks, Cowboy. We wanted something versatile. Now I just need to learn how to keep it behind me and in my lane. DH didn't have any difficulty towing it. I'm a newbie with trailers, so I'm going to have to really watch what I'm doing.
