***OKIES in the BYC III ***

went to Newcastle tonite met some realy nice BYC people,cant remember all their names , sometimes i think i need a name tag to remember mine.

Wel just got in from the auction an ben at the swap meet in okc..SEEN more BYCer's today than ever ..Some at the fleamarket cant think of ther Name's but super nice folk's..
An the auction was wall to wall BYC'ers LOTS of bird's u name it ...

just got home from helping Okracefan install a water pump in his well, if all goes well he will have water to their new home this weekend. we took a break and went to Newcastle auction for a little while. He still has the chicken bug but no place to house them yet. I picked up a cockerel BFrances was kind enough to pick up and deliver to Newcastle, he came from SShavney beautiful bird. Met some BYC'ers I've not met before, BFrances and his wife(sorry I forgot her name) Don Gibson, Coral (pocco Pollo) prabably some more. Yhey had a wide variety of birds something for every one. My bro had to get out of there before the Lite Sussex were sold he wanted them bad and no pens for them.

I see lightning to the west but if it is like most storms coming this was it will fall apart before it gets here. 9 inches so far this rear and 6 inches of that was at one time in April.

If you had gone to the Newcastle auction this evening, you might have been able to buy some more grown Pekin ducks. There was a cage of them there, but I wasn't paying attention to what they sold for - I was too busy talking to other BYC folks in the back of the room.

I suspect someone can help you find more of them however when you decide to expand your flock.

Sorry i didnt get to visit with everyone tonight it was super busy. It was great getting to see all you bycers tonight yal brightned up the place. Im going to get off here more details tommorow anout the auction
