I have to have my house replumbed (water and sewer) and when I do, most likely we're going to go tankless. When I can do it, that is

My RIR with the crooked neck is up & moving around her cage this am. she was eating so I didn't mess with her. I will try to give her some more vitamins in a little while. Last night she was pretty lifeless, so I am glad she is looking better at the moment. Don't think dh even remembers me waking him to hold the poor girl-- he is such a good sleeper!

Got lots of rain late last night - early today. Even with all the rain we have gotten I only see 2 or 3 puddles. It's getting soaked up fast!

Rex-- RIR are my favorites, mine are all very sweet birds-- nice & plump --- plus they lay well. However- my 5 yr old nephew is our weekend egg collector-- he paces back & forth waiting for them to lay- he is certain the red girls spend more time sitting in the box to lay their eggs. The other birds lay quicker. Why do those red girls take so long to lay their eggs?

Sounds like it is raining again! Gotta get up to school to collect blue&gold orders. Next wk they are auction off the ag kids for labor, but ag teacher already told them not to worry, most people that buy them won't make them work. Found that frustrating, why not just ask for donations - instead of having a labor auction with no intent of providing labor?

Have you checked to see if it is just the heating element? Most of the time it is either a heating element or pop off valve. Both cheap & easy fix-- then you can take time to research & plan tankless on your own timeline.
