morning okies! am having an interesting start of the day.....and the new year.... first one of the gals has a bloody shoulder, looks like one of her new feathers broke off, so sprayed it with bluekote, then notice my remaining BA Tick, what the heck is she trying to lay? is it an unformed egg? she is in a cage till i figure this one out?

Today is bath day for the newest Seramas. I enjoy bathing chickens so this will be fun. Just wish it didn't take so long for them to dry. Even with the blow dryer it takes a while, but it's worth it. They look - and probably feel much better once they're cleaned up. They smell better, too.

Happy New Year Everyone!!!!!!! You would thank that since I have had so much time off that I would be on the computer more. Well it seems I have not had much time.

Been spending time with the grandbabies which could not be more fun. Spent new years eve chasing the two year old so Josh and his wife could enjoy the evening. I believe it is more work than actual work. Ha Ha
