I have two black cats, but I don't think the faces are all that similar to that one. I could try to get a picture in a similar pose, but you know how cats are. LOL

off topic, does anyone have a black cat? i have a client that wants this portrait done, but the pic is less than ideal- i just need a pic of one in a similar pose???

Morning folks,

I hope everyone is enjoying the rain. There was already a large grass fire in the Liberty area so I'm happy we are getting rain and hope we keep getting rain. Would be nice to not have a burn ban like last year.

Sadly, the rain has put my coop building on hold. There is a hole in the roof that needs to be patched before I can start painting the inside of my shed. Oddly enough the husband didn't want to get up on a roof in 50 mph winds to patch the roof.

Hopefully things will dry out quickly so I can start painting soon. I still want to go to Atwoods and pick up chicks, even though the coop is already behind schedule.

Ground is now covered in a white. Hail storm hit - thankfully it was about dime size. Imagine the rain will have it all melted away very soon!

Kurt (my 14 year old) is building his own coop from scraps of pallets and scrap wire left over from our last coop building. He will be putting 2x4 wire over it all in the end. He is making a small coop for silkies at the moment, he also wants D'uccles but will build them a seperate coop. So far he hasn't cut any fingers off or anything, lol. (that would be Jack on the ladder supervising)






Robyn, sure this won't help but this is the only picture of one of our black cats that I have here at work. She is full grown now.
