I've heard rumors, pnb. And I'm checking them out.

Ooooh. I want more info on these rumors. Next year I would like to build a couple of broody arks and I could throw together one more for four rescue birds.

Bird Rescue? I would be SO in. Right up my alley. I've even got 2 empty fenced 50x50 yards. I'd just have to build coops for them. Yes, let us know.

Had to be out and about this morning in that direction, so I went on down the highway through the Mannford fire area. It is very shocking to see that much land and homes burned out. I am amazed that our small, mostly volunteer, fire departments were able to save as many as they were. Of course they had help from many fire departments, including Tulsa, but the fire was spread out so far and over such rough terrain, it's a wonder they were able to contain it, even with mother nature's help. We all have a lot to be thankful for; including our wonderful volunteer fire fighters.
