Yeah - I know I'm spoiled. He's asking how many babies do I think will fit in the playpen/brooder and "How much does an incubator cost?" He's getting a kick out of the chicken thing.

Good for you! At least one of our spouses are getting into the spirit!

Watch out, I am on a good musical high! Dancing and singing oh what can make a better night! Oh wait, I guess if they made a musical with chickens, LOL.

My husband really enjoys "Mamma Mia." He watches it every time it comes on TV. Thank the maker that he doesn't try to sing along - he can't carry a tune in a bucket!

Dee - I've been tryin to get my hubby to watch that one! I basicly had to beat him into watching White Christmas last year, and trick him into watching STAR WARS. Who hasn't seen Star Wars!? But he loved them both!

Dandelion - Thanks, I got the e-mail!

Hey County and Faerie and Silkielover and anyone else with the FOO - I'm sure I saw Betsy post that she's planning to downsize some Showgirls and Silkies! She has some mighty fine creatures if you haven't seen them. She was set up with some of her Silkies at POOPS right next to where I was sitting, and every time I looked over at her birds I was surprised again by how lovely they were...and I always thought I was FOO-resistant. So anyway, don't miss out if you have room for some really good-looking FOOs.

I have to agree Betsy has some great looking birds and I am going to have to talk to her about getting some hens, we have plenty of roos!!

I've quit looking at the critics ratings before watching a movie. Apparently, I must have different humor than most of them.

I liked New Moon and I think it was ragged on too. Of course, movie critics probably would rag on POOPS entertainment but I enjoy it. Sorry Chickendales. I had to go there...

I want to say congrats to all the winners fromn Shawnee and that I am very proud of each and everyone of you that showed birds. I have been reading, but haven't been able to post.

Wow it has been a busy week and it is only Tuesday.
Monday: Work from 5:00 -5:00, then Jordan's Basketball game from 5:30-6:30, then Lauren's Basketball practice from 7:00-8:00.
Tuesday: Shopping for school Christmas parties and presents, then Lauren's school play from 5:30-6:30, then Jordan's school play from 6:30-7:30.

Still to come:
Wednesday: Work from 7:00-3:00, then home to get things ready to go to OKC. Gotta make a pit stop to show Lauren the lights in Yukon and stop in OKC to pick up some foo foo birds. Then its off to Shawnee to visit Grandpa in the hospital, then back to McLoud to stay the night at Grandpa's house by myself.
Thursday: Lauren's post-op appointment at 8:00, then home to make it to Jordan's first Academic Tournament for this year from12:00-6:00.
Friday: Work from 5:00-5:00 and not sure what else, but I'm sure something will come up.
Saturday: Finally get the tree put up and do some decorating and baking cause . . .
Sunday: Christmas program at church at 11:00, Christmas dinner at Grandma's, then Christmas program at church at 6:00. Jordan is in the choir at church, so he has choir program in the morning and youth program in the evening.

And just for some Christmas laughter check this out. I recieved it in an email from my grandma.

Type in any Christmas song and see what the little puppets do. Then, type in any non-Christmas song (I typed in Happy Birthday) and you'll get a kick out of the response. One of the funniest I typed in was Jingle Bell Rock... they forget the words half way through. 12 days of Xmas was a hoot!

Aren't you glad gasoline isn't $4.00/gal anymore? And - Do you ever feel like you're meeting yourself coming and going?

I am very glad that gas prices are lower, plus I didn't mention that as soon as I got off work Monday, we went and picked my car up from the shop and dropped my husband's opickup off. We just picked it up today before the programs but after the shopping. We have been down to one vehicle since Friday. The work on the vehicles were to replace some broken/locked up parts an dthat should also help with gas mileage. I skipped work today, so I could get Lauren ready for her program. i decided that I wasn't gonna get anything productive done there anyways so there was no point in going. I haven't had time to relax all week. I definately feel like I'm coming and going at the same time and at some point I will just have to say no more. But that will have to wait until after Christmas because I'm working 5 days a week and have so much stuff to get done on the weekends. I haven't been outside to check on the calf or say hi to the birds since last week. Thank goodness for Jordan and Andrew. I'm headed to bed now. See y'all later.
