Well, when they "refreshed" my computer tower and brought out a new tower to replace it, they screwed up how my dual monitors are set up. So now, everything tries to spread across both monitors. Adjusting the settings didn't help. They have to send out "local desktop support" to fix it. GAH.

Hello all. I've been up way too long already. I feel like crap.

I gots me some quail and I don't know what they is? (said in my best redneck accent.)

I need to know how to tell gender in the lot. It is getting about time to start weeding out the males. I figure they will be starting to lay soon and i don't want an over abundance in the ratio. BTW, what is a good ratio?

I have the Coturnix and crosses from Monty, and I have the Coturnix and whatever else Roy decided to give Jordan.

Morning again everyone. This Tuesday feels more like Monday, I am dragging today... need more sleep. The kids are home from school today, not feeling good. School said they sent 20 kids home yesterday for the same thing. great something is going round, hope I dont catch it, it gets hard to tend to the kids if Im sick.


My chickens are enjoying the weather. We went to Lexington last night, didnt get any birds but did come home with some nice cages. We plan on going to Prague on Friday then Fletcher Saturday. Looks like it is going to be a long but fun weekend!

Faerie - Aren't electronics fantastic? They're supposed to make our lives simpler, but dang it if they go down we're all screwed! Lol. When I dispatched 911, we were located in the bottom of the jail. So anytime we had a power failure not only could I not help people, I had to worry about whether or not inmates were gonna sneak up on me in the dark! Stupid computers... Lol
