Thanks! These are American Game Bantams (mini gamefowl) bred down from the full size birds. The hatch cock weighs 1 pound 15 ounces.

I'd dub all those little roosters. Just dubbed my black OEGB a few weeks ago, he looks so much better now!

You have found a wonderful group of people, many of whom are addicted to hatching eggs, acquiring poultry and attending poultry auctions. Just remember that some addicts tend to also be enablers and may try to entice you into the world of being addicted to hatching eggs, acquiring poultry and attending poultry auctions.

That said, what kinds of poultry do you have and what kind would you like to acquire?

The phone number in my signature line for Marie at the Department of Ag is the number you need to call to sign up for the NPIP testing class.

How about the next time Dallas plays Da Bears??? That would be most entertaining.

On the pro bowl... yeah, dumb. They must be trying to get people to actually watch it. Once the Superbowl is over, football season is over for most folks. I guess the question is, why have one at all! Just pick the teams so you can still say "this guy is a probowl selection" and skip them game altogether.

Dallas & Da Bears you got a deal.............LOL, I'll make the hot wings. As far as the pro bowl goes I guess they figured every other sport has a all star game, your right though the pro bowl doesn't hold my intrest either and the head office knows that, so they figured they would go for a bigger market share of sports advertising.

I know every American Game I've seen has been gorgeous/handsome... but maybe the AGB breeders are more careful about what they show the public than the OEGB breeders are? ha
I don't mind small birds, and I love the OEGBs but they are a bit smaller than I like, so the AGBs must be just right....!

Wayne.. you have some nice birds too! And you certainly have no reason to be ashamed

I forgot that I even like the Barred Rock Bantams... but something about that black and pure white barring.... and them being bantam sized... I DO like them

Peacocks!

So, how do I tell whether the two peachicks that hatched from my black shouldered peacocks this August are males or females? They are cream colored like the hen but are starting to get just a little bit of color in their necks.
