Hey Teach,

Let me get this straight. Okie Doodle is your brother, right?

Nope...never met the man but Okie (Wayne) is a good guy.

My brother is Doc...Doc Henry...that is really his name.

OK, where the heck did I get it that Okie Doodle was your bro? I guess the 60s and 70 are catching up with me.

Know that feeling Carah. It was aweful that first POOPS. We looked like the Beverly Hillbillies going to Californy...things hanging out of the car that shouldn't be. I have learned my lesson. We are bringing the trailer...no driving home with the windows open and the air conditioner running to keep from gagging on the smell. LOL

I think I now truly understand why some animals eat their young. Well testing again tomorrow.

Well I am not interested in eating the fish but I sure miss fishing. It is very relaxing.

There is a very good chance that I will be at the campground on Friday night. I feel a sickness coming on

and will need to take the 30th off.
I will bring veggie burgers and hotdogs w/buns. Is someone bring regular hotdogs and burgers?

Better get back to work Spanish is almost over.

Have a great day everyone

Chuck....it's going to cost you if I haul for you...the chance to come and catch a crappie that big. LOL I haven't gotten to go crappie fishing since my dad passed away...seeing those pics sure brought back some memories.

My dad was the best fisherman around these neck of the woods. He taught so many men to fish...where to go and how to hold your mouth right. LOL Sure had some good times with him in his latter years. When I was young he wouldn't take the time to let me go...but he tried to make up for it in the last few years he had. OK...enough of this

Anyway...let me come fishing and get some sanity back from these kids.

Peaches and I have done that after the Maud auction several times but it was during the winter and the heat worsened the smell, you would get half way frozen so you roll the windows up, gag some more, put the windows down and freeze, vicious circle. The problem also was that we couldn't tell if Montana had pooped in his pants. He was bad to say that it was the chickens that stinky.

Funnier when you think back on it rather than while driving the 2 1/2 hours back from Maud.

So when you want to come over an fish.they are really starting to bite good.by the look of the eggs we got about 2 more good weeks left an as long as the water stays at this level they will be biting good.just let me know

You know if you told someone that never grew up in the country a story like that, all you would hear is, "Liar!" or "You did what?"

It is funny what we Okies will do that we think is perfectly normal or some semblance to normal.

It isn't normal to drive all over the state for birds and then keep a couple in your lap to play with? No worse than getting a lab puppy and driving around KS! At least I never put a bottle cafe behind the seat of a pick-up...well...it wasn't my pick-up...although technically i did put it there it was because I was told to...I once hog tied a goat for a guy at a flea market...then we put it in the back seat of his car...not sure what his wife was saying but she was ticked!
