Has your Buddy got any chick's out of that nice gray roo you got from cubanlongtail lady ....I sure liked him!!!

He had one hen hatch a clutch out of that roo but I can't remember how many chicks he got. I keep telling him he needs to buy some game hens from you when he is at the flea market. He only has two or three.

Well good night I am gonna hit the hay.

The Fletcher auction is still going on this Sat right? Anybody bringing anything good? I had a really crapy hatch, out of 45 eggs I hatched 6, and my wifes dog killed my ducks. I do think Im going to bring that peacock.

The bucks tend to go "heat sterile" when it gets over 85 degrees. I bet she has great luck with them this fall. Besides, it is is so hard on the doe to have little ones nursing when it is this hot. I don't think 3 years old is too old for either a buck or a doe to produce.

My hat is off to you for being able to be outside in this heat.

I am off to do feeding before it gets too hot and humid. I can't deal with the heat and temperature in the evening until it cools off about 10 pm.

I'm not sure you should take your hat off to me. The night before I messed around & got too hot so I had to finish last night. I have to get out in it for soccer anyways and for some reason I can't seem to stay up late anymore. Off to feed myself.

I recieved another call from Lou ( Stimpy's wife ) yesterday and here is the update everybody is anxious to hear.

Stimpy had a problem with a perferated colon after his intial surgery last week, he was re-admitted but they had to wait a few day's for him to stabilize before another try, he went into surgery again on Wed at 9:00 pm. Lou tells me he is out of surgery but is not doing well and is in very critical condition, he is on a ventilator and had to resume dialisis he is still sedated and is very very sick right now. The doctors feel they fixed the problem but it could be several day's before he is out of the woods, some other problems are complicating his speedy recovery. Lou ask's us all to keep Kieth in our thoughts, I will know more after Lou calls me this morning to see how he made it through the night.
