we have them all recorded....!! took me awhile to warm up to the newer ones- but they are pretty good..

chickens are mumbling out there- let us out!!! i thought maybe about an hour before dusk i'd let them out to stretch

That's strange that you got eggs while you were gone......but nothing now.....any chance you have a theif?

my egg production isnt very well right now either

but my suicide rate is up ..... stupid birds want to drink from the horse water tank instead of theirs and well i guess the little bird brains think they can swim, so tonight at roosting time everyone is getting locked up AGAIN, so no more free ranging for a while again , but alot of the birds that are commiting suicide are going to the auction friday , unless they can persued me to keep them by start laying lol

I will send the boys oyt to check for eggs and we won't get anything for days and then I go out and every hen will have picked that day to lay....it is the strangest thing.

I have had several pigeons lately that have tried to take up swimming...they don't swim well...

Well Well Well My day just got more interesting, as I am sitting here on the computer looking out the window I see what I thought were clouds rolling by, but they looked dark and low. Then I said hey AL and jumped up and out the door, sure enough. My neighbor was getting ready to go hunting in NW Ok in his motor home with a few guy's, and it had caught fire. It was almost gone in less than 5 minutes and his friend had parked hi truck next to to unload EQ & gun's. There were several large propane explosions and several boxes of shotgun shells going off too.

hello,
I am thinking I need to deworm my chickens before the spring. Anyone have a suggestion on how to do this??? Can I use pour on Ivomec and if so how much per bird??? These are grown hens
