Gooseneck Bend, 3 Mile Road. The monuments we use to navigate here in Oklahoma. East of Cordell, there is one called simply "the black post" that has been used as a land mark for 3 generations that I know of.
Monty I don't mind a little hot but I do like to taste the second bite I take of anything, this batch of Hot Links were just not what I was hoping for, they are not bad just not what I wanted, will try a different recipe the next time I make them, Lynn
DH has had to dig down, all of 4 inches, drill holes in the rock, put rebar in it, fill it with cement to make the posts stay for the coop foundation- did i say we live on solid rock???
sooner... let me know bout the roos, it would be a big help
Hope everyones having a great friday night wiht the family. Poor skyla is apparently having some allergy issues. Runny nose, sore throat, and a mild fever last nite. I sure hate it when those little kids get sick, she seems fine right now though. Had to put the gal in bed wiht us last nite so i could keep on an eye on her. Sometimes I worry to much lol. But as young as she is I dont trust alot of cough/allergy medicines. Hard to belive she is growing up on me, gonna be 9 next month and Angel will turn 17. Whats a guy to do? Enjoy it while we can I guess. Hope everyone has a great weekend with there loved ones.
Anyone doign any fishing yet? Ive been itching to get out and do some trout fishing below Tenkiller dam if anyone wants to get together some afternoon. They restock it once a week or every 2 weeks depending on the time of year. Its year round trout fishing and is a blast. Nothing fancy, just ultralite rods, cant do all that fancing fly fishing crap. And if they aint biting we can always head down to kerr dam and get into some blues.
