Carla,

So I don't need to seperate them until a little older. Duh, they would have to be old enough to mate to make a difference. I guess I am too interested in trying to keep them in seperate breeds.

If I wanted to sell some of them do you have any suggestions as to how to keep straight?

thanks,

Donna

OK, OK! I'll tell him! He's probably going to knock me into next week for mentioning Klinger in the first place!

Yeah, my parents weren't all that into it, then they came home... all UP hill from there after that, I have seven (That's 7) chicks now, 4 of them are EE's and 3 of them are silkies.
Currently they are living in a plastic bucket next to my neice's bed, just to keep them under my grandma's radar, she hates anything that will make a mess of any sort (Drives me nuts).
I've experienced a few problems with a couple of the chicks, they seem to have diharrea problems, should I be worried? Also one of the EE's is literally like an owl, she sleeps all of the time, is that normal?
Anyways, Momma loves them, sister adores them, niece loves them until it's time to clean out the box, and I apsolutly can't get enough.
Can't wait to move into our new home...

Well, you could keep them all in their separate brooders if you have them all in separate incubators and that would at least narrow it down ??? I know some people do put the little plastic colored zip ties on chickie legs to identify the breed, but I've never done that.

Air Force guys thing all the other armed forces are different...I think it might be the weapons! I have a buddy that switched from the navy to Air Force Reserves...when he went to Iraq they wouldn't give them bullets. Another friend was an Air Force MP kind of person and they carried .38 revolvers on duty (that was a few years ago!)

I'll help ya Al!!
