Lynn - Iwas a bit confused there for a sec. I was like ididn't send no stickin' eggs to some grand dragon type person! Glad to hear they all made it! That is a first. I usually loose 4! serious...on like 5 different mailings I lost 4. I am at the in-laws for the weekend. The drive was boring and cloudy. Y'all have fun. Sydni Thanks for the link to Leach sale! I used to go there all the time back in my younger Okie days. It was great to see it all again!

We are getting the rain you all have had,been doing it all day. Going to have to drain water out of the pool,its almost to the top! Hate to hear of the 5-6 inches in leac/Rose area. My daughter lives in Kansas(Kansas, Okla that is). Haven't heard from her but hopefully she is high and dry.

Have to run into Nashville in the morning have a trade worked out ,a silkie hen for an EE bantam roo.need new blood and he is really pretty ,red/white.Then have to pick up a couple of golden necked booted bantams. They are like mille fleures but have no black,They are gorgeous.

Lynn you should be able to have two log in's the only thing is your computer remembers the last person that was logged on. Who ever is the last person that is on will have to go to the top of the page an logout. You will have to go into your account to change your password back. That should fix you up unless there is something different about this site.

On a brighter side, or at least feeding my addiction, I bought some assorted rosecomb bantam hatching eggs on ebay recently. The auction was for 10+ eggs and their description said they'd send up to 24 eggs in that auction. I guess they didn't think I needed that many because they only sent 14

Still soggy here, and supposedly more on the way... here are the latest pics of okcarlas silkies... got a question though...they are awesome little guys- i have 4 banties, one i think is a roo -a month old, when i have tried to introduce a my silkies he seemed to consider them intruders and went after them, i have had them in an enclosure so they can hear and see them,the other banties don't seem too upset by their presence...

Well I am back, had to make a mad run to Stillwater to check on my 17 yo son, he wrecked his truck, he is fine, all are fine, his truck got a smashed frontend but we pulled it out of the fan and it had no leaks so he drove it home, he is all down, cause this was his first truck and it was a sweet truck and he had a girl with him, kinda imbarissed him!!! He will be ok, we will get the truck fixed back in due time, he will have to earn some money to fix it!!! It is cold an still rainy here, had some chili for supper now eating a bowl of ice cream to settle my stomach!!!!! Later, Lynn

Yes LOL my poor DW watched me drag myself around for a day or two, she just kept laughing at me & rolling her eyes. Doing much better now whoever said you can't catch up on sleep, got eggs in the AL-abator & chicks in the brooder and I am making a run up north next week to pick up more birds. busy busy.
