My garden is holding it's own considering it didn't wash away. So far nothing appears to be rotting or turning yellow....

Eulaine, she is a cochin bantam not a silkie. All my silkes are around 5 weeks old.

Keys and Tahlequah are so close to gether Buckguy it aint even funny. Its just a few miles outside of town towards Tenkiller lake. Jimmy Houston has a gas station there, its called Jimmy Houstons

My stepdaughters dad lives in Braggs so we go up there about every two weeks.
 
I think stray got the bird...had i known about another jap hen I would have been all over it like well I want more!

I teach science...specifically - 2 sections of Earth science to junior high split between boys and girls, Physical sci, Bio I & II, Zoology and Physics...this year. I rotate Environmental Sci, Anatomy/phsiology and maybe botany. I can also teach middle level maths and ag courses. Soon I will be a school counselor...dang...I need a life. It is official I am a nerd!

We are working on projects now...physics is building rat trap cars...Bio II is working on displays for our plant growing experiment...they need small amounts of intense guidance...not me pestering them

SL Polish, BL Polish, Blue WC Polish, 2 mystery red chickens they looked like chipmunks when they were a baby so I thought wellsummer but now they are 12 weeks and they are not wellies so??? 2 Golden comets, 2 RIR, 2Black SL, 2 Dark Brown SL, 2 EE, barred rock cohin banty, gold lace cohin banty, 2 spitzhauben, 2 guineas 5 bar rock, and lots of roos that are going to a new home soon.
 
Teach- you should be all over that egg drop contest they have going on the board right now. That seems to be right up your alley.

I just finished Chem1 and Physiology this semester.. loved human science but, I detest Chemistry. (could have been the prof.) Where were you when I needed a tutor?

I would be of no help in Chemistry! I did so poorly in those classes it wasn't funny! Took a bunch of them and hated all of them! Life sciences I am all over!
 
I've got chicks pipping and hatching!!My little one is going to be so excited. So far, one buff orpington and one black copper maran. This is my first foray back into hatching in several years. Of course I have a bunch in the cabinet incubator. These are in a styrofoam forced air hovabator that is old. I am so excited.
