Grace, those are some cute chicka's. I cant wait till my hatch later this month. Probly around the 25th. Those Marans are too cute, looks like i see a few feather legged chickas in there. But im surprised you only had 2 bantams hatching an not more

I actually have 4 bantams (2 Silkies and 2 OEGB), but I only set a few of them in this batch since I had just sold a bunch of eggs before I got the new 'bator

Never was a wiz at math!

Ive got 11 BBS lf orps, 6 dutch bantams, 6 wyandotte hen x RIR roo and 4 brahma looking bantams, day 18 will be the 24th for them. I know ill get a better hatch with these guys than I did that last batch. Im realy hoping for a good trio out of those Dutch bantams. My friend is taken the 6 mixed and 4 bantam eggs plus a ton of what I got cooking in the 1202 wich are all mixed breeds. But they aint due till the end of the month. I wish I could hatch eggs every day, i love it

Hey I think I won that contest, kinda cool. I really did not expect much from that it was my first rookie try at building one. I just really went by the seat of my pant's on a weekend build. So this is really cool, I am like a celebrity hehehe LOL, now if I could build one that can smoke a Brisket and hatch eggs it would be a real Man toy.

I was wandering if anyone knew of any websites that showed the pictures of different breeds of chickens along with their names my daughter is wanting to learn about them and she is wanting to look stuff up on the internet
