People Of Oklahoma Poultry Swap April 25th 2009 I-40 and Chactow KOA

camp.

This is just an informal get together of our group here and their family

and frineds. We can bring birds to sell/trade/swap.



Those that are traveling a ways maybe could do paper and plastic ware.

Breads and chips. There will be a Loves right at the exit off I-40 to get

ice and such if needed. There is a WalMart just about 15 miles from this

exit on I40 in Shawnee. There is also a Walmart off I-240 and I-40 from

the west in OKC.

I am in a funk... the wind is HORRIBLE...Even the hennies are hiding... It is one big dust cloud out here....RAIN!! We need RAIN!!! And we will be on the backside of the dryline....again.

I talked to my Mom's sitter and I am pretty much a go for POOPS!! I am jazzed! I am going to get everything set up tomorrow. I might also bring chicken enchiladas... maybe some brownies... I make a mean chocolate chip brownie! Going to rent a cabin...bringing blankets and pillows... I am sleeping in on Saturday... Nobody better wake me up!!

There will be retribution and war!

I'm debating on whether or not to come to the POOPS event...my husband has classes on friday and saturday and work on saturday night so it would just be me and my three girls...tent camping...which they would love, but meeting all new people too....hhmmmmm. Decisions, decisions....

It has been windy but we got a lot done today, my thirteen year old has stayed right in there and helped me get er done!!! Thanks to you SON!!!

Ok, I talked to my butcher buddy and we are makeing Beer Brats for the POOPS next weekend so they will be fresh,

I have got a double big armload of Apricot wood to bring for the smokers if yall want it, makes great smoker wood, it is in big chunks so if you want it a certain size let me know so I can cut it up,

Finally got our KOA reservations made. I talked to them to
make sure they would put us in a spot as near the club house
as possible. Am a little bummed though.... I think we should
get "2" POOPS credits for "2" nights.....LOL

Sonya - Come on !!! I figure it "might" take 10 minutes to
be right in the middle of this bunch. And, in the event of
any bad weather, some willl be in cabins and RVs and we'll have
the clubhouse, too.

Slightlycracked - Did we do a good enough "sell" job on
hubby at Pryor for the POOPS meet? TJ has asked me
several times if Shaun will be there.

Poultry and Bees - you wanted my rabbit cages...right? the official deminsions are 18" tall, 36" wide, and 30" deep...I have three
