I have tried to reduce the size by entering it in my uploads as an avatar pic but I don't know how to get it to the avatar loading page and it stay small enough to be accepted,

Hi Lynn,

I had the same trouble 'til I read a post from someone that said to use a website to shrink the picture. Here's the one I used. Once you resize it, just copy that link & input it for your BYC avatar.

http://www.shrinkpictures.com/

Hope that helps

Yeah, I'm still having trouble getting Fedora to recognize my LAN. I don't think my drivers are up to snuff.

The birds from Alabama look great. They are 4 weeks old and in top shape. He said he won't be shipping any more chicks after this year. It's just getting too expensive. It cost $42 to ship 10 chicks from Al to OK.

But the important thing is that I got the chance to take advantage of over 50 years of breeding in that strain of White Rocks. I can't wait for them to grow up and start breeding. I want to cross these pullets with my big rooster. I think I can contribute to a better bird.

I will have to see how many I have out there, not sure right now. But then again I could be pursueded, they are laying well right now, and I should do some thinning to make room for my new kids on the block. keep reminding me if you don't mind.

Wow that is a little steep for just 10, but then again they sound well worth the effort, seems like the cost of perfection continues to rise LOL. 50 yrs of breeding, I am listening???.

I agree!!! it is a scary thought of the Stimpster running wild in the streets, no telling what you would stir up LOL. So what was Stimpy like back in the day???.

A hell raiser, I don't believe it LOL. When I was in SF back in the day, I practiced that whole work hard play hard game. got lucky though not much reaccuring harm came from it, but it sure was a blast. do you ever think back like that much, sometimes I do.
