Must not be the year for hatching welsummers. I was incubating some that I bought, were shipped, and only one hatched. That's why I bought 6 of those chicks that Monty brought. Now I can hatch my own Welsummers next year.

Okay Greabear23, I am always here to help out a fellow hatcher with an addiction. If you are really interested, PM me. I wouldn't want you to accept an offer on this thread and have to take the rath for weeks to come, LOL

Let me know if you figure out an easy way to get rid of all the dust from having baby chicks inside the house. I moved my brooders to an outside workshop because I couldn't keep up with the dust from all the baby chicks when they were inside the house. Don't know where all the dust comes from. Is is the fuzz that turns into feathers or the dust from the feed?

Man.. think of the money a person would make if they could figure out how to contain it all. My spare bathroom is accumulating a nice layer of dust.

I did pretty well with mine from VA I think. I bought 8+, they sent 12, got 8 chicks...so there's hope.

Number 6, Good afternoon everyone! I hope that everyone is staying dry and healthy this nice soggy afternoon I have spent all day since 6 this morning trying to save my fishing dock from floating away!!!! It has been a chore, will this rain ever stop?!!!!!!

it is considered rude behavior to mention fishing in front of those that live in the great dry! Although to be perfectly honest...we have some ofthe best fishing in the entire US...just gotta drive 1000 miles to get there in any direction!
