Hello Graces Dad, happy to have another Okie member, even if your rather inactive

Ever have a family member to visit and it just worries you? My younger brother just left higher than a kite, I worry about him. We aint seen or heard from him in a couple months and then he shows up. At least we know he is alive but he needs prayer, or a swift kickin the.

Did I tell you guys that we found a goat for my daughter? We will be getting him this evening. She is out helping (watching) her dad finish up the pen and make the shelter. We had to throw something together till we figure out where the actual pen will be.

Hey "Dad"....glad you've joined in ! Enjoyed visiting with you.
You just as well throw in....your Lovely daughter is very much
a part of us, and she and her efforts are much for you to be
proud of....Like if you didn't already know that.......LOL

As far as the "yellow line" coming through the livingroom......
Nope, we know they're working North of us, and marking off
the sides of the highway South of us.......All we've heard was
some little gal stopped Pa-Pa in the driveway and asked if
she could take pictures of our house, etc., and told him what
"they're gonna do"...........We have one of those "equipment
rental" deals south of town.........Surely they've got a
"GATLIN-GUN" back in the shop somewhere. Ya know.....
I've mentioned my "other side" before..........................
We'll see..........Bill has started his list of the best attorneys in
the area, (six of which he went through school with)....and
four of our local judges (same story)......... She claimed they
had already sent us a letter..........NOPE !!!!!!!!!

Good Lord, we'd be looking at tearing down six 14x30
greenhouses that have been converted into individual
pens, rebuilding all of that, moving equipment, to say
nothing about finding a place and building another house !!!!!
We have 26 acres, but their plans would crap out everything
on the high side of 14 mile creek and they'd have to build us
a "major" bridge to get to the hay meadow....because Uncle
Jack might sell his place some day........LOL

Am thinking......when all is said and done........they may just
put their stupid highway over on Bill Lamon's place (pasture)
across the highway.........But, the little gal said "No"......
Guess we'll see............................

Sorry to have "yacked" soooo long.....just a lot to think about....

I guess that I need to try a little harder on those good 'sun vibes' for ya'll. It's sunny and 90 right now but Friday is forecast for 101.
