Morning all!

Congrats to everyone on their good hatches! I am so glad I don't have an incubator and don't have to worry about eggs and new chicks...you poor people. (okay - I'm just jealous).

Bethinoklahoma - I need to sign up for your online backup - thanks for the reminder!

We are almost done with it, it wasn't as big as I'd like we only did the tile the walls and paint & skylights, should be done today, Business is still slower than this time last yr. just not much building going on right now.

My BBS Orp shipped eggs I got in the mail last month, arrived in good shape but out of 15 eggs only three are even developing. So I may only get 1-2 out of that batch, but the quail did great, I think the BBS eggs had fertility issues.

City :

Glad to see you back with us, we missed you, Yes you do need an Incubator don't you!!!!! LOL.

During these tough times the folks from way down south who don't speak english, just work so dang cheap, cutting our leg's from under us. It is hard to compete with these migrant workers who swarm over the building industry.

BBS aint doing too good this year.... I paid extra for my extras... Hope they do OK....but I'm not gonna be shocked if they don't.... can't candle till Saturday...(*hennies taps foot*) we'll see.... My buff orp makes up for it though! She's got 18 that are viable at 12 days! Crazy hen...

Unions are having the same problems in California....Mike was union labor for 25 years... scab labor is plentiful and cheap out there....I'm not a big union fan....but it paid the bills for a long time... and still does...

so I shouldn't complain, but minority labor is going to cut it's throat eventually.... at least in CA

It will be interesting to see your viability #'s since they come from the same source. I am not disapointed because as you know they were free, so thats ok.

All of our servers are in downtown LA in the same data center as myspace.com 100 % private.
How long do roofs last in Oklahoma ? In California 30 years would be the norm.

Howdy all!

Al - as far as the dryer...I don't know. It is well cleaded out...I think a sensor got fried. All I know for sure is that it beeped and my sweet docile wife began cussing and looked like she wanted to hit something. I unplugged it...the boys hid...I am paying someone!
Glad the quail turned out good.

Stray - if you gotta get rid of them I would find a way to take bantams from you.

City - missed you girl!

I am gonna take a nap! The last week of school is horrible...nothing but test writing and test giving and bad attitudes all around! Even took a cussing last week! My friends don't understand how I could just stand and take one from a parent...fairly easy to explain...I just think about the kid. At the same time I sure would like to revert back to my younger days and pop some of them!

Hey Beth - I just signed up for backup! According to my info, 'right now a very experienced member of your technical service staff is configuring one of your server clusters for me to use.'
Very Exciting!

Teach - I didn't read the symptoms for your dryer - is it not drying/heating? I recently replaced the heater coil in my 20 year old dryer and now it works great. Ordered the part online...
Sorry about your school week not being fun.

Stray! So sorry about your peeps - I'm crossing my fingers and toes that everything works out so you can keep them and that the closing on the house gets resolved and everything works out for your family. When will you find out about the drum line? By the way, the drum line at Special Olympics did great...you were right - thanks so much for the info!
