Monty - Since it ended up being kinda a group effort (LOL), you
know we have an RV site reserved for Thursday, Friday and
Saturday.

And, was wondering, when will we have access to the Clubhouse?
Am thinking it would be nice if we could have the gazebo set
up for the auction and the lights strung before Friday night,
for those that will be there.

Al, any clue where you'll want to set up for the auction? You
mentioned that you'll have a microphone, so assume you'll
need close to a power source.

Yup, somebody's got POOPS on the brain...............

Have a good one !

No rain just a nice hot 94 degree weather here.

Have a Fowl question... especially for those that raise ducks and geese... Although we might have 3 of the ducks sold in the next couple of days, how often do you give them their feed? I am finding that my fowl seem quite hungry by the time I give them their next feed I wonder if I am giving them enough? one cup of feed at each feeding for 2 goslings, and 4 ducklings... I feed them at 6am 9am noon, 3pm and 6pm and 9pm... They still seem quite hungry at each feeding... this is on top of the fact they are Pen Grazing( meaning I have them in a pen and the pen gets moved around so they have a new patch of grass to eat up... which they do)... am I not giving them enough grain? Granted if the 3 ducks sell I wont have to worry about feeding them but until they do I wanna make sure I am not starving them... I am new at this just wanna get some of ya'lls ideas.. Thanks

Maybe a nice exfoliating scrub bath and a spot in the spa.

Yup, the barring came from the daddy in this instance. The pullets were pretty too, they looked laced instead of barred.

The silver male (he was beautiful when he matured, but never did get a photo)

Ducks are little pigs. They tend to over eat. If you offer food, they will eat. My adult ducks get fed twice a day. When they were babies, they were fed four times a day. I'm coming to get them Wednesday afternoon, I promise. I am so excited about them.

The equipment I have for sale includes:

A large barrel type electric plucker with rubber fingers. It can do about 4 chickens at a time.
8 killing cones on a stand that hooks to the plucker. There is a plastic bowl that sits underneath the killing cones to hold the blood.
A scalder that sits on a propane burner. There is a barrel with holes that holds the chickens and a pulley type set up that makes the chicken go up and down in the hot water to scald them.
A Stainless steel table top and stainless steel sink.
Large, heavy duty extension cord. THOUGHT SOMEONE MIGHT BE INTERESTED

If you have questions or want more pics, just email me.

I've got a nice slow bubbling hot tub goin' with three birds in it right now, 'course they don't mind the aromatic herbal treatment thrown in either.
