Only in Australia! There is a line of green egg laying NNs with rose combs. He states that the same genes that control the rose combs also control the green eggs. Must be true cause I have an older rose combed NN hen that started laying green eggs this year after laying brown for the last four!

Bantam malayse! They sound pretty interesting and unique. Do you have any pics to show us of them,

I picked up some standard malay chicks at Afton one year. Didn't know really what they were. Boy those the hugest chickens I ever raised!

They were goregous. The roos must have stood almost three feet tall. I didn't think they were ever going to stop growing. This was about ten years ago.

Even as bantams they are big with the roosters going close to five pounds. But not nearly as big as their standard counterparts!

While out feeding today I noticed something strange behind the coop, my neighbor decided to roll up and give me about 800'ft of good used chicken wire that was along one side of his fence. Wow what a nice guy.
