OOOOOklahoma, where the wind comes sweeping down the plain.....
Hoping the wind will dry up some of this moisture. The earth needed the moisture, I just wish my chicken runs had soggy grass in them instead of soggy dirt.

I had a pair of shoes like that - were supposed to be waterproof but the plastic sole separated and they developed a leak. It was like stepping on a melted ice cube in your socks. Cold.

do you know a guy by gerald Johnson that lives in the panhandle

Not that I recall but my memory is not what it used to be.

Wow! I hope your dad recovers quickly! My prayers.

Well I was able to use the car to get to work. Happened to talk to the county guy on my way out. I swear we have some real goof balls working our area. Could of really let him ruin my day but chose not to.

Morning all :
Things have drained well this morning, I am waiting to see how the birds faired last night. The weather seems to be the talk of the day.

do you really want to get me started??? They put in a new culvert to keep the rain from washing out our drive. They didn't do a very good job of putting it in, then they didn't open up the ditch that it is in and needless to say the same spot washed out. I'm sure that I will have many future conversations with him and the commish.
