Man, I'm with y'all.......... We need sunshine !!!!!!!!!. Is a
gloomy, cloudy, drizzly morning here....again........

sooooo stubborn????? Bill has had the dickens with his knee.
Finally broke down and went to the doctor yesterday. He
drained "70 ccs" of fluid out of that knee !!!!! Nope, didn't
"fix" it, but he can at least walk again.............
I looked and looked and broke down, back when, and went
ahead and ordered the Standards Book from the American
Poultry Association. Seems like it was about $60 with the
shipping. Smith Poultry had some older versions at Shawnee
last year, but I don't think they had any of the current ones.
If they are sure enough putting a new edition together, anyplace
that has this current one should start discounting them before
too long. I figure I'll have to have a new edition when they
come out. Pa-Pa and TJ will have this one worn slap out by
then.
Have a couple of calls out concerning this "where to stay"
delimma at Fayetteville. ............... Bill just called and had
gotten a call back from Ann Charles. She says she will have
to get a final OK from the fair grounds guy, but sees no
problem with us parking the 5th-wheel right there on the
big parking lot. No services available, but I can throw in
extra water, my oil lamps, and run the frig on propane.
Gees, hope it warms up a little by then........LOL
She said they had decided on this date and got things
started.......and THEN.....realized it was a big football weekend
over there...........
