I hear ya, mine is too, I need to find time to consolidate some of the information that I have, mostly on showing. I didn't have time so I just printed it all. Once I get it all worked out I can make one fact sheet instead of six!

Afternoon all you Okies,

Had our second egg today so YIPPIE... Although I do have a chicken question, someone once said outside the thread that you can tell the kind of colour eggs that ee will lay by some marking on the side of their face? Or something like that... what do you all know... Would love to find a loving EE hen to lay some coloured eggs for me..

Jeannie

Must edit... I meant to say Our hen laid a egg today that makes two days in a row... YIPPEEE... I just realized it made it sound like she had two eggs today.. sorry for the confusion

OK Jeannie,

Pay attention now, 'cause I'm only gonna say t his once (or "oncet" if you're from eastern Oklahoma). A good EE hen will lay eggs that are bigger on one end than the other. Class dismissed.

Learn something every day. I always assumed it would be egg shaped.

I'd be a Saipan rooster...Red with big thick legs and God help ya if you ticked me off....

Henny - your statement about not ticking you off is doubly hysterical when combined with your newest avatar of the ax in the stump.
