Quenston, I am good on DE - have a 50 pound bag that will last me a long time, but maybe Pepper48, EngieKisses, BetsyOK, or some of the other folks in this area would want some if you're coming down this way in the next weeks.

According to Eulaine & Bill they taste wonderful. I was suppose to get one last weekend or so when I went down there but they got the crude so I will get one next weekend.

Can't wait to see them! Plus it will be Maddie's first show!

I REALLY like the idea of getting the Tulsa area BYC'ers together! Engie and Sooner and BetsyOK were talking about it, too! Claremore isn't that far...Luv2bememaw/Donna and maybe MAllen and other Claremore folks could make it. If we're really lucky, maybe the Tahlequah Okies could come, too...Would love to meet RonnieA and see the Baileys, but I know everyone is busy...!

So what's everyone's November schedule look like? Wanna try for a mid-afternoon meal somewhere?

Wow..big zang storm...was so tired I slept through most of it....Lots of rain though!! Hubby came home with a tarp big enough to cover the ark and put it over the chicken roof....

no leaking! Dry hennies!! It was fun trying to put up a 25 ft. tarp in a 40 mph wind, just the two of us!!

I caved....I'm going to WOF in spite of how lousy I have been feeling. Mike threatened to duck tape me and drag me.... I hate leaving when everything is so messed up here. My mom is having some more issues...think I might have it taken care of, but I won't be here to know....

Mike says he can take care of everything....guess it's only two days...How bad can one MAN wreck things in two days? I will come home and he will have the chickens doing some new thing....it will be his pragram and it will take me two weeks to get them back!!

Hope y'all survived the storms.... Cammie I had to laugh at that tornado watch...I was laying in bed listening to the guy on the storm radio and thinking.... I aint getting up until I hear debris hitting the house....!!
