!!! I was listening to "Crossfire" earlier!

Me too!!

I think that the difference in timing is due to you living too far east. If you were closer, we'd be hearing the same tunes at the same time. Like insanity in stereo.

Hi all, just got home this evening from the hunt. No meat for the freeaer yet.
My huntin buddy (my son) decided he wanted to hunt with his Paps yesterday evening instead of dear ole dad. Anyway he shot at a deer close to dark and we spent quite a while looking for a hit but found nothing.
I decided to stay till this morning to see if I could find it. The only sign I found was some hair, but no blood. Hopefully he didn't kill it. So anyway we had a good time but I am really tired.
No rest though gotta get started tomorrow and get things lined out for Thanksgiving. Looks like we will have 20 or so here.
Hopefully I'll get back on later. I still have two pages to catch up on.

Hey Monty,

Welcome back. As we get older, we measure success differently. Not bringing a deer home from the hunt doesn't mean it was unsuccessful. What matters is that we have that fellowship with our kids and grandkids, creating the memories that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. In years to come after we have gone on to our just rewards, they can tell their kids how we made them cut all the firewood and do all the cooking and cleaning around camp. If they happen to bring home some meat, all the better because afterall, we taught them how to hunt and shoot. That makes the deer half ours.

Welcome back Monty. Sorry you didn't get anything.

Hey Stimpy, Beth, and Carah.

I've got a around 35 or so coming Wednesday night and you can't walk through my house right now because of the the hairbrained idea of mine to decorate for Christmas. Don't know how I'm going to pull this one off. LOL

Stimpy...I would have loved to have been with you on that trip. Those kind of trips are ones that money can't buy unless you are there to experience it. I am so envious.

We are leaving Thanksgiving day to go to Branson which is a tradition of ours but I sure would rather be going to a cabin somewhere in the woods and just R&R. We have so many camping memories with our kids and half of the counties kids that we drug along with us. They still laugh at the food fights that we used to have.

Yikes - good luck Donna!

Hi Stray! Is she laying on her side and both feet are curling? Or is she standing and picking her feet up one by one to curl her toes? I've seen mine do it while standing - they seem to be clenching their toes and releasing them as if to stretch them...like we would our hands/fingers...is that what she's doing?
