I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. I saw that alot of guys in Texas won't put beans in their chili. But they are from Texas and therefore they are naturally slow.

I don't hold that against them tho.

My broody silkie has hatched out one egg just went out to check and heard some peeping and looked under her and there it was!!! I have 5 other eggs under her I am hoping she has a good hatch on those as well!

A roast sounds good, we are having what we dub Ultimate Chef salad night here at my place... all the fixing of a great big salad... just waiting for the eggs to cool so can dice them up... cucumbers are cut, lettuce chopped, carrots peeled, ham diced, jalapeno ranch dressing chilling and croutons waiting course there is more for the salad... Yellow peppers, green and black olives, cheese, feta cheese, ok when will the salad be done I am hungry now just typing about it. ha ha ha
