Spent yesterday evenin' taking a ride on the bikes with J. Been a while since we could just get out there and spend some time on the road. I have *definitely* got to procure myself a windshield for my Sporty though, why does Harley have to be so danged expensive?? Oh, because it's *Harley*.

Got the ducks last night, and 7 little packing peanut roos. Then the heat lamp blew and popped a breaker, so I had to replace the lamp, bulb (because it popped the bulb) and check the fusebox. Woo Hoo. Good news is I had a spare heat lamp and bulb, just had to dig them out.

Last night we gathered all J's stuff together for drill. They are having a field drill, so his unit is headed out to Ft. Sill for field maneuvers. He'll be gone until Sunday night, so I'll take this time to get some NEEDED housecleaning done. I have a real hard time cleaning the house if there's an adult sitting there on their butt playing computer games.

I have a feeling the "cleaning of the coop" isn't gonna happen until after this storm blows through.

All I gotta say is that ALL the people in the house contribute to the mess. So unless they are unable to clean (babies, the elderly, disabled) then the blame gets spread evenly.
