Howdy all you BYC Okies,

Doc and I have spent the last hour and a half trying to catch up on the postings from earlier today.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for everyone that came to the auction. It was great being able to talk
and spend time with each of you. A SPECIAL THANKS to Al. You are the greatest.
Jeannie, you are always welcome at our place with or without kids, and hubby.
Jer-Man, you and your Dad were a treat. Your Dad was a Hoot, super nice man.
Buster, you are a delight just to speak with (when we can get you to talk LOL )

Thanks to all of our BYC friends for helping us to get our sale going and spread the word about Chicks.

Just a short side note:
There will always be a table reserved for our BYC friends that comes to our sale.

Well we just spent the last hour trying to find a missing hen. Jordan was told to make sure that all the birds were locked up before we left. He chose to just shut the door and not count. There was a RIR and BSL missing when we got back. The RIR was located hiding in the garage, but Andrew's favorite hen is stll missing. She has lots of the gold coloring on her and is the biggest sweetheart. I hope she is hunkered down really well for the night and comes running in the morning. If not, she will be missed. I am still trying to thaw out. I was bright red when I came in. It looked like I had been hanging out in the summer sun for about 10 hours.

probably. And I do live in the sticks. They're usually beautiful sticks, but I'm so tired of cold and snow nothing outside is beautiful at the moment!

mornin all.... still snowing here...apparently we are the heavy band area they were talkin about....

still working on coffee, so a bit bleary, the dog can't go out in this weather- he's old, blind and deaf...so was up about once an hour with him...sigh...

Sir Barny is crowing, everything else is quiet...

Morning Everyone!! Hope everyone is warm today, dont look like we will be doing much of anything today to cold and white for me, I might be able to make some room in a building to build a pen but doubt I will! What does everyone else have planned for today???
