what is this abstain thing? we use bleach on stains and I have to carry around a tide pen

I have a couple that are doing this just a bit better than the others....and a couple that the tail feathers are already coming in real low and...dreaming...

I have one that is flying up and hanging from the sides of the second stage brooder I use for birds that are starting to feather out but still aren't ready to go outside but are too big for the horse tank brooder
