I thought you were being funny! (I laughed anyway.)

I'll bet you're right Tara - it's probably sick. Do you think the city would do anything if you reported a rabid skunk? Poor Stinky.

Gee thanks. Sue tells me I'm funnier when I'm not trying to be. I laughed a few minutes ago at your Kenny Rogers and David Allen Coe love child comment. You weren't serious, were you?

I missed it!

Sorry Tara - we were on another thread about Hank Williams Jr.

Beth...I'm not sure what they will be. I have in the pen 6 white on black hens and a chocolate roo, and 1 pair of golded laced. 19 of the chicks are yellow with a black spot here and there and 2 turned out brownish. Have no idea what we'll get. Sure are cute though.

I know what you mean about David being hard on the ears...and if you've seen Bocephus in concert it might make more sense...I like Hank Jr. but walked out of his concert.

I'm happy to be able to get one, but sad you're dispersing. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

So, how's the Honeymoon planning going?

The plans are coming along fine. Now we just have to work out all the scheduling. We'll get there.

Stimp, I didn't hear all of the news report. They were talking about the father of a soldier killed in Iraq. Those protesters were at the funeral and somehow the father was going to have to pay the court appointed fees on behalf of the church that sent the protesters. Can you believe it.

I hear ya. Several years ago a young man from a small town close to here was killed in Iraq. The same group of protesters threatened to do the same thing at the funeral. BACA and the local country folks warned them that they weren't going to tolerate that. They believed them.
