OK I need help again. (No comments please)

For all of the people that are gonna be around on Friday evening I am gonna grill hot dogs and maybe hamburgers.
I need a head count for Friday.
I have had several ask what to bring for Friday.
I will take care of the hot dogs and buns. We will still need chips and drinks and maybe something like cookies.
I can bring condiments unless someone has a special calling and wants to bring them. Mustard, relish, ketchup, miracle whip etc.

Please let me know if you are gonna be there on Friday.

Thanks,
Monty

Monty,

I make great "cowboy cookies"... I also have a huge box of individual Mayo Packets, Salt and Pepper Packets. I could bring. We will be there Friday. Let me know what time it starts. We have a child in school but could pick him up around 3 or so and be there around 5 or so?

Do you sing? Quartets? Baritone, tenor, what?

-Stimp-

Yes, I sing in the group. I sing Baritone.
Monte the full men's group will be singing (usually around 200-250 men) as well as the hand bells and our men's orchestra. The hand bells play pre-concert music usually starting around 6:30pm and the orchestra plays a few numbers before the concert and then with the choir during the concert.

Southern Gospel music is probably my favorite, even more so than blues. I particularly like male quartets. When I could still hit the notes, I sang tenor in a few quartets. I know this is going to age me, but I started out singing doo-wop on street corners and anywhere we could find good acoustics. From there, we just migrated to gospel music and for me, southern gospel. I still like going to singings now and then.

I have a dear friend that sings with the "Ok Corral" Group. I think he sings with the Singing churchmen. You might know him.

Hi Folks! I am new to this forum. We live in Stillwater, OK. Here is my request. My in laws are in their late 80's and are down to 4 hens. They don't want to raise pullets from chicks because it is too difficult for them to keep the young seperated from the older hens and get them raised. Has anyone fairly near to us got 6 or 8 laying hens they would sell?

Welcome there JexxPraetor! We are a fast moving bunch...well...sometimes. Have you tried an auction? we will be getting together 1st of May and I bet there willbe some hens you could grab. Plus we have a couple folks on here that seem to find stuff for the rest of us....look up michealdaughtry...for some reason i think I just butchered that....anyways...welcome.

Monty - my little bro and his lady will be there. Me and the boys will get in late! Save us some grub! well save me some grub! I likes to eat while I pitch a tent!

AS far as that singing stuff goes...I am the make a joyful noise part...it isn't singing...just noise that I make! My wife on the other hand can sing!

Have I mentioned that I have state testing? We are trying to figure out who is where and when they go there and...yeah. Looks like we have today figured out! Not bad...only took us half the day!

Believe it or not, a clean joke.

A guy is 72 years old and loves to fish

He was sitting in his boat the other day when he heard a voice say, 'Pick me up.'

He looked around and couldn't see any one. He thought he was dreaming when he heard the voice say a gain,
'Pick me up..'

He looked in the water and there, floating on the top, was a frog..

The man said, 'Are you talking to me?'

The frog said, 'Yes, I'm talking to you.

Pick me up then, kiss me and I'll turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen.

I'll make sure that all your friends are envious and jealous because I will be your bride!'

The man looked at the frog for a short time, reached over, picked it up carefully, and placed it in his front pocket.

The frog said, 'What, are you nuts? Didn't you hear what I said? I said kiss me and I will be your beautiful bride.'

He opened his pocket, looked at the frog and said, 'Nah, at my age I'd rather have a talking frog.'
