Nutritionist told me to eat something healthy every 2-3 hours so I do not get hungry and I try to drink three or four big glasses of water at work (yeah I go pee a lot but hey it is working!!!) I have a light snack after work and a light supper and more water, been eating an orange or some watermelon about an hour before bed and I don't wake up starving at night.
This has worked for me and I do not get hungry, if I crave something I am sencable about it and I stop eating when I am full and don't over eat. Been losing about five pounds a week like this now and I love it, OH Yeah and CHICKEN is good for you too!!! Have a blessed day!!!! It's my bed time yall!!! Lynn
